Payment Methods

 The memermiga.gr  accepts payments in the following ways:
1. With cash on delivery of the order price upon delivery to the designated location, with an additional cost of €2.

2. By bank deposit to one of the following accounts:

In this case, the deposit must be made within (3) three business days of the completion of the order and the order is executed after our account is credited. Please write the order number and your last name in the justification of the deposit, so that we can match the deposit with your order.

IMPORTANT: Please note that in case of sending the payment from another bank, you must select "expenses of sender" and not "both or recipient" because the remittance ends up with us with a lower value and it is not possible to execute your order until it is fully paid .
We cannot cover bank transfer charges.


Delivering

Delivering is held by courier company "ELTA Courier". The products are delivered in 2 to 4 working days from the delivery of the parcel to the transport company, unless the area is considered inaccessible.
In case of special circumstances and force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, holidays, etc.) Meli Mermiga bears no responsibility for the delay in the delivery of the product.
The shipping cost is determined according to the weight of your order and is known when the order is completed.
More specifically, the shipping cost is structured as follows:
Gross Weight/Shipping Cost
0 - 2 kg €2.50
2 - 3 kg €3.50
3 - 4 kg €4.50
4+ kg €5.50

Payment by cash on delivery has an additional cost of €2.

Please ensure that the shipping address entered is absolutely correct and that the package will be received by someone at your end. In the event of an incorrect shipping address, under the customer's responsibility, the customer bears the cost of returning the parcel, which amounts to €2. In the event of a faulty delivering order and for your best service, please contact us directly by sending an email or by phone only.

Order Cancelation

Cancellation of an order is accepted without charge, only when the products have NOT been shipped yet from our store and within 8 working hours, exclusively and only by contacting us via e-mail.

 

Product Availability
 

The company reserves the right to inform customers in case of unavailability of an ordered item and about the possible delivery time. In this case, if it is judged that the delay makes the transaction unprofitable for the customer, the order can be canceled or partially executed.
